Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey

Advantages: tastes good, value for money, low carb, mixes well
Disadvantages: None save the shake is a bit thin when mixed, if that bothers you.

Amazing, just not Strawberry

Advantages: high amino acids profile for musclebuilding, available for any age!
Disadvantages: strawberry flavor is disgusting! Don't overtaking so you not to get poop!
