One of the health claims is that is can help with weight loss. I can confirm that 5HPT does not have any influence on weight loss. Well, not with me anyway. I took it for about 2-3 months and didn't notice any effects. You generally take it a few times a day, but it depends on the strength as they come in a variety. This is a great product and with Dorian Yates associated with the company there's no more needed to be said. This product is good value for money and actually tastes really good I recommend the strawberry flavour from personal experience. It also mixes really good with no clumping.
