Dont Get Ants In Your Pants!!!!!!!

Advantages: works a treat
Disadvantages: can be dangerous to the environment

and other crawling insects. In addition it will also destroy wasp nests too. The other main reason for purchase was due to it being pet and child friendly and the packaging explains that they will not be needed to be excluded from treated areas. Keep babies away though as they are forever putting their hands in their mouths certainly not recommended. The Packaging The product packaging is extremely distinctive and stands out very prominently on the shelf. It has the Nippon logo in white the predominant colours are red and black. You can't miss this item as there is a picture of a rather hideous looking giant ant on the front of the product. It states that this is ant killer powder. It has a child safety security cap due to its potent nature which I have to admit took me a good few attempts to open so rest-assured child proof ...

Review of Vitax Nippon Ant Killer Powder

Nippon Ant Killer Liquid.

Advantages: Works well.
Disadvantages: None

When I moved into my ground floor flat I noticed straight away there was a problem with ants, the patio was crawling with them and it was obvious there was a nest of them out there somewhere. I had never really come across this problem before as this was the first ground floor property I've lived in, neeless to say I was panicking as some of them had got indoors and I could'nt get a proper nights sleep until they were gone! For the first couple of weeks I tried a few ant killer treatments i.e. sprays and powders , but tthey simply just did not work. In complete frustration I contacted the Council Office to ask for advice. They took my name and address and said they would send me some leaflets which arrived a couple of day's later recommending Nippon Ant Killer liquid. I had to travel to my local garden centre to buy ...

Review of Nippon Ant Killer Liquid

Deconstructing Frank in The Wasp Factory

Advantages: Dark, thought provoking page turner - exceedingly well written
Disadvantages: Dark. Very dark. Disturbing. Scenes of animal and child cruelty

Seventeen year old Frank is a killer. He kills birds, mice and other small animals. Fortunately, he doesn't kill people any more - it was just a passing phase, when he killed Blythe, Paul and Esmeralda (not all at once, mind you). Frank's brother Eric is also deeply unhinged, with a penchant for burning dogs, and his father isn't entirely playing with a full deck either. The Wasp Factory is a strange book. The plot, such as it is, follows Frank on his isolated Scottish Island as he prepares for the imminent arrival of his half-brother Eric, who has escaped from a secure mental institution. However, that's not really the main point of this rather short novel (I read it in around a day). The book is narrated by Frank, who is a deeply unreliable narrator. Indeed, every 'fact' we learn should be treated with suspicion, since everyone has ...
