Review of Olympus 8X25 WP I by

Advantages: Image adjustments to give great view, waterproof, adjustable eye-relief
Disadvantages: fixed magnification, average build and design quality
...Binoculars are mainly used by bird watchers as to get a closer look at them. Many people also use binoculars for occasions such as holidays where they travel to destinations of natural beauty. Using a binocular enables them to see the scenic beauty from a better and closer perspective. The Olympus 8X25 WPI is labeled professional, but can obviously be used by everyday and ordinary people.
These particular binoculars have an 8x magnification ability. This is simply the power of magnification on the binoculars, the 8x magnification means that the object or area you view through the binoculars is going to appear 8x larger or closer. The 8x magnification also means that this is the maximum and minimum magnification power of the binoculars. You cannot view an object or place with a lesser or higher magnification than 8x. If in...

Vivitar Vivicam X30
Review of Vivitar VIVICAM X30 by

Advantages: Great value for money, amazing functionality, countless modes and features, 10.1MP!!
Disadvantages: Battery wears down fast if used very frequently
...After scouring the Argos catalogue for weeks, I finally settled on the Vivitar Vivicam X30, and I am so glad I did! I was dubious at first, as I can imagine some people would be, but I eventually bought it, and I wouldn’t be without it now!
The description of it sounds quite amazing: 10.1MP, 3X Super Zoom, 2.5” LCD Monitor, Video Functionality, not to mention the countless modes and settings. All this for just under £200? Quite hard to believe, as for a slightly higher price, you could get a Sony Cybershot with only half the megapixel capabilities of the Vivitar. Ok, it’s not exactly an SLR, but for a digital camera, it’s the best I’ve seen so far!
The part that shocked and attracted me most was the 10.1MP, as I had never seen a camera with such a high megapixel value for that price. I thought it could be one of those products that...

Viva Vivitar
Review of Vivitar ViviCam 5385 by

Advantages: Superb pics and price.
Disadvantages: Haven't found any
...My old digital camera had served its purpose well, but being only a 3 Mega pixel was now somewhat out dated. So I was on the lookout for a cheap good camera. I had planned on getting at least 5 mega pixels because I do feel that is this techno age a 5 Mega pixel is the least you need. For those uneducated in the terminology let me simplify it for you. Basically the higher the mega pixel value of the camera the better quality of picture you will get. A 3 mega pixel will produce 3 million dots to get the picture whilst a 5 mega pixels will produce........................yep you got it 5 million dots in the same area therefore there will be far more detail.
I'm reasonably techno minded but no over so so I did require a camera which would be simplicity in itself to operate, and low and behold I found it. The Vivitar 5385 met all...
