The stylish V3675 is equipped with a 2.1 megapixel CCD image sensor. Its 3X optical power zoom auto focus lens is complemented with 2X digital zoom, and macro capability. Images and video clips may be reviewed on the 1.6" LCD TFT display. The 3X optical zoom provides a 35 mm equivalence of 33 mm to 98 mm. In addition to outstanding digital still images, the V3675 also has a movie mode allowing for the capture of movie clips. Sample images from the V3675 can be viewed and downloaded from the V3675 image gallery. The V3675 offers imaging versatility. Users may select from two resolution and three quality settings. Still image resolution may be set to either 1600 x 1200, or 800 x 600 while Motion JPEG video clips are captured at a resolution of 320 x 240 in AVI format. A distinctive feature of the V3675 is the ability to define image sharpness. Users may select three levels of images sharpness (soft, normal, or hard) depending upon the subject. The V3675 is an ideal camera for all your digital imaging needs ranging from email and web applications to images that are ready for display or print. Quality 8" x 10" prints are not a problem with the V3675. A notable feature for video-clip enthusiasts is the fact that V3675 video clips are not limited to a pre-determined duration (such as 30 or 60 seconds). Video clips captured with the V3675 may be recorded to the extent of available memory. The V3675 comes with both USB and video output cables to download images for viewing and/or editing. Windows Me, 2000, XP, and Mac OS 9 and higher users will enjoy native support for the V3675. Simply connect the V3675 to your computer and access your images immediately - no drivers or software are required for basic functionality. Other features include auto focus, auto white balance, exposure compensation control, an integral five-mode flash (including slow-synchro mode), slideshow playback mode, 4X playback zoom (for still images), a 10-second self-timer, and a tripod-mounting socket. The V3675 multi-lingual camera interface menus are available in eight languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). Video output can accommodate either NTSC or PAL systems, making the V3675 a truly International camera. Two AA alkaline batteries, or a single CR-V3 battery, supply power whereas built-in power saving logic automatically turns-off the camera to conserve battery power. MGI Photo Suite SE and Photo Vista editing software are included with the camera.

...I went on a mission to find a reasonable privced digital camera and found the VivitarViviCam 5388. On first glance I thought that it would not be very good, how wrong I was.

It has built in flash and built in red eye reduction. Also it has a self timer mode.
The screen is a 2.4" colourscreen with LCD display and TFT matrix.
Additional items included with the camera are 1x USB lead, 1x DC Power input lead, 1x Composite video output. Also included...

Advantages: Superb pics and price. Disadvantages: Haven't found any
...My old digital camera had served its purpose well, but being only a 3 Mega pixel was now somewhat out dated. So I was on the lookout for a cheap good camera. I had planned on getting at least 5 mega pixels because I do feel that is this techno age a 5 Mega pixel is the least you need. For those uneducated in the terminology let me simplify it for you. Basically the higher the mega pixel value of the camera the better quality of picture you will get. A 3 mega pixel will produce 3 million dots to get the picture whilst a 5 mega pixels will produce........................yep you got it 5 million dots in the same area therefore there will be far more detail.
I'm reasonably techno minded but no over so so I did require a camera which would be simplicity in itself to operate, and low and behold I found it. The Vivitar 5385 met all...

Yet another camera review. I have had so many cameras in my time but this particular camera is my girlfriends and what a camera it is. She purchased this camera about a year ago and has been using it since. The reason that I am writing a review about this camera is because I have used it more than her and I seem to know all of the ins and outs of the camera so I thought why not write a review and see what other people think about and maybe persuade some other people to buy the camera.
Upon purchasing the camera I did lots of research for her as she would have gone and bought any old thing and would have regretted what she bought. Anyway after doing lots of research in the shops and also on the internet I came to the conclusion that it would be best if...
