Getting the job
A lot of things have changed over the years including on how they recruit people. I saw the job advertised on the Customer Service board ... ...that told you all about Vodafone as a company, the past, the present and the future. What they expect from you as an advisor. You also do those role play games. Learn to work as a group. I remember that the food where I had my induction (the Hilton in Leeds) was lovely!
