Vodafone stores.....Helpfull...I don't think so. A store in plymouth.....Useless. The bloke there when you ask him a question about say "A" he will answer about Z...Yes completely off track. The problem is u see, Vodafone phones i like, coverage and everything about the phones and coverage i like. Staff are a big turn of. Only yesterday i went in and said to a member of staff, "I have this phone and this deal, the contract runs out next month so will i be able to upgrade the phone and keep the same deal." "yes" said the lady "ideal, so i can still get the free 500 minutes and local call saver and insurance"..........All of a sudden she says no and it turned out i would have to pay an extra £4 all in all and thats for less minutes(300) I then asked "but you just said that its the same deal"....They are absolutely useless and all the staff try to do is flog u more stuff. What i don't understand is that at the mo. the deal is exactly the same until the end of the week, yet they won't let you change over to the new deal with the same phone....Its ridiculous. The amount of times i have been into the store and come out with none of my questions answered and only more phones and more charges in my head is ridiculous. I am a stong believer in customer service and i am afraid the store in plymouth ....well they need to look the word up.
Vodafone phones...yes Stores....NOOOOOOOOOOOO
Oh and they are pemanantley understaffed....Do not go there

Advantages: Direct with voda if you want voda dont get everything else shoved in your vision when you just want voda Disadvantages: Limited, stuck too rigid profit margins, not all 4 networks
