PANNICKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!! I have got my exams in less than 3 weeks and will be deleting my ciao account. Thanks to everyone who has read and rated my opinions over the past year. i will come back in two or three months and begin all over again though.

Vodafone, one of the biggest retailers on the high street. Well, actually I would like to talk about their Vizzavi site on the internet. On this site after you register you can email, send SMS and do lots of things provided by Vodafone. This site is rapidly gaining on the message giants UBoot. I think this is because vodafone customers can make vizzavi relate to their specific needs. The site also contains lots of information as well so if you are thinking of buying a mobile phone from Vodafone you should read it. Even though I wrote an opinion the other day about vodafone charging for most things and I was not a bit happy about it, I believe that they make up for this by providing an excellent site, which has lots of free utilities. Also the service is good here and I think if Vodafone maintain the right proportional size and coverage accross the UK and abroad then they will certainly become good leaders in the market and eventually prices will start to come down.
The site is also a great place to buy phones as well as apply for jobs at Vodafone. If you type in the address bar of your browser www. vizzavi.net then you will be taken to the central site were you can access other countries versions of vizzavi. To access our version straight away without the fuss then access www.vizzavi.co.uk and you will be taken straight there.
Back to Vodafone anyway now. I walked into one of their shops today and the staff were absolutely great, they were so helpful. As on previous occasions I was not used to this. It has certainly given me incentive to visit again.

Advantages: Direct with voda if you want voda dont get everything else shoved in your vision when you just want voda Disadvantages: Limited, stuck too rigid profit margins, not all 4 networks

Advantages: Good range, able to offer you good customer care and change talk plans top up e.t.c because they are part of Vodafone. Disadvantages: Slightly more expensive for Accesories.
