Vodafone - 3rd place when it comes to most popular network in the UK, but it comes in first as its the network that makes the most money. Customer Services is Appalling, mainly because they Outsource it to other companies like Firstsource (ICICIonesource) - Indian call centre based in N.Ireland. Very Expensive Network, however they seem to hide this very well in their adviertising... so their TV Adds and Billboards suggest that your getting a deal..Look Closer People!!!.. Mobile Broadband is over rated and 3 Network had reported VF for its declaration of its Speed, which is impossible to determine!!! (Tech Help with Mobile BB is non existant) Staff are encouraged to be 'Self Thought' - this saves them on Trainer Wages..Nightmare guys

Advantages: Good range, able to offer you good customer care and change talk plans top up e.t.c because they are part of Vodafone. Disadvantages: Slightly more expensive for Accesories.
