"Service abysmal from Call Centre to Directors Office"

Be warned about paying Vodafone by debit card on the net. They took my monthly payments three time for which it took over a week to get my money back, the bank state it was not there fault which I believe as they can only pay what requested. They will come up with every excuse to avoid a response. But if they try it on with you, dont let them go and push for compensation for all the inconvenience that you have been through. Banks can only make payments to what they are requested,

Just think of all the funds they must be making if they take each payment three times, and still take nearly a month to give a reason, but still delay for more time.

But if you have problems dont waste your time on the phone to incompetent staff, go to:
