I have had a Bessa-L camera for two years now. Its an excellent starter camera for someone interested in film photography as it takes very high quality photographs. It lacks some features found on many digital cameras such as a zoom and it only has a viewfinder but the ability to choose your own aperture size and shutter speed gives an authentic feel to students who want to look like they know what their doing without the extra cost. I have found that other owners say the shutter has a tendency to stick but its not a problem I've encountered. There is an excellent deal at Robertwhite.co.uk that gets you the body for £25 when you buy a Leica lens.
I think you could have done with including a little more information for the higher ratings here. Take a look around at other people's reviews and you should see what I mean. Happy to re-rate if you add to this, just put a note in my guestbook to let me know when you're done.

Hi and welcome to Ciao - Sorry for the low rating, but you need to put a lot more information into your review. Have a read around at similar reviews; especially those rated as very helpful or exceptional, for an idea of what people want to read in a review. If you want any help or want me to re rate, leave me a message in my guestbook - Cat x x

Is it easy to use? What comes in the box? How portable is it? etc etc
