I have just had my wifes car in to the VW garage for the first service. I must say that the staff at Lookers in Burnley really know how to look after there customers. My wife booked the car in over the phone and straight away they had all our details in front of them. My wife needed a car to get to work so they supplied a brand new courtesey car at no extra charge. The car my wife runs is just 12 months old now and has only done 6000 miles. There was the odd problem with a boot light sign on the dash lighting up saying that the boot was open, when really it was shut, they sorted that out straight away. The car was really dirty when my wife took it to the garage, but when she went to collect the car they had cleaned it inside and out. From the moment we purchased the car to the after sales I have felt that Lookers VW have looked after me and my family and I will continue to use the garage for the near future.

Advantages: The car is fine so far but I dread having to seek warranty work Disadvantages: Insane lack of customer focus when issues involved were minor
