The cars had numerous problems right from the outset,with brakes and fuel pump. The service was typically lengthy,and in-efficient.Usually a whole work day would be lost,and the customers are rarely provided with loaner vehicles for commuting. The service department would fix parts of the vehicle parfectly ok,and present customers enormous bills w/o providing prior estimates of repairs.At times ,would lie upfront about estimates to get the job. Never fix any problems properly.Repeat problems occur frequently. Overall:rude,bullying,in-efficient and cheating.
