The Volvo 340(1700 cc, C-reg, 5-speed Gearbox), I love it, because it probably saved me and a friend from serious injury in a recent car crash. I managed to hit a barrier and roll the car but escaped with only minor injuries, due to the fact that it is built like a tank. It is also a very comfy car to drive in because there was plenty of leg room all round, a high up seat for good visibility, and although it has not got power steering it has got spring suspension, which is more comfortable and stronger than normal hydraulic suspension as there is no chance of blowing a seal. The engine was powerful enough to pull the car fully loaded uphill with out to much strain on the engine,

Advantages: Looks great, nippy for the engine size, economy good, big boot, tough. Disadvantages: 1.2 16v. Seat recline on three door is cack, Sun Roof pointless.
