Advantages: Style, performance, comfort, good economy for performance, well built Disadvantages: Not S60 prime model
Right up front I am going to confess that I am writing this as a slightly frustrated non-VolvoS60 driver. Strange statement that don't you think but there we are out here in the big bad world we do not always get what we want??.
??.and we (Mrs Richada and I) really wanted a VolvoS60, but not as it happens, this the most powerful 220bhp 2.4 litre T5 Sport version. 15 years ago I would have not looked at a Volvo fullstop. However if the S60 had then been on the market, this the fastest one would have been my natural choice.
Maturity and certain financial commitments now mean that I am inclined to make far more rational choices when it comes to choosing a car, no matter if I pay for it, or is currently the case I have a free choice of company car up to a given budget.
Part of my maturity also gives me pangs of conscience ...

Advantages: Volvo , Great looks, Great Drive, Great Car Disadvantages: None I Can think of
I Took delivery of this car on the 13th Dec 2002. The car was spotless. It is a black S60 model SE.
I work as a senior ambulance officer. The car was then taken to our Ambulance Workshops. It was then fitted with Blue Lights behind the Grill Alternating Headlights that flash, rear blue and red strobes on the rear shelf and a magnetic blue lamp for the roof. It was also fitted with a hands free VHF radio and a VDO Dayton Sat Nav system. The reason for the fititng of the sat nav was that the volvo option was £3000 and the VDO was £1200. This was quite a saving so it was decided that it would be better . Finally the car was fitted with a 100 watt siren . The switched were fitted neatly below the heating controls.
The car its self also has electronic seats with memory. The seats are leather and heated. The car has automatic transmission ...
Advantages: Very fast, luxrious, vast space, extremely reliable. Disadvantages: Can wear tyres if driven hard often.
Well built, extremely reliable, vastly equiped and hugley powerful. That is everything about this great touring saloon. More than a rival to BMW's 5 series in every way. Very economical considering the 250bhp under the hood. In comparision to almost every other exec saloon, this car wins hands down, especially if you go for a second hand purchase the value for money is second to non. My second Volvo now and its fantastic. The spec inside is incredible, full leather, electronic memory movement and heated seats, dual climate control front and rear, cruise control, 4 disc Cd changer with steering mounted control, electronic trip and information center displays every little bit of info you require about your journey, from boot not closed to front headlamp failure or seatbelts not on. the list goes on and on. Performance wise this car will ...
