...Like most men, I look on getting my haircut as ordeal rather than a pleasure as it seems most women do. Javing said that which of us has not suffered with abad haircut and suffered for the next six weeks while "it grows out". Barbers don't do it for me as they only seem to have one cut in mind so it was releif to find SARC who cater for men and provide a great service at a reasonable price. I visit Mel whi s great with the scissors, always getting it right, and also very socialble and easy to to while away an hour with. Ambiance is very modern and they provide most facilities with additional services of nails etc for women.... Read review

...if anyone has ever been to brighton you probably noticed the amount of bars, clubs and 'alternative venues' dotted around the place, however if any of you have ever lived in brighton you'd also know how many hairdressers, barbers and beauty salons there is. unlike a lot of men i don't just go to the first barbers that i find and get my hair cut,oh no, i like to shop around a find a salon that i like the atmosphere in and that i can get on with the stylists. I've tried lots of salons in brighton from small one person salons to toni and guy, although i've found cheaper salons than blue moon and i've found much more modern designed salons blue moon has an even balance of the necessary criterea for a quality salon. the pricing is very good, a cut and blow dry is £9.50(for a man and £15 for ladies), half head colours is £21 and a whole head...
