...I use regularly are: Waitrose Lemon Dishwasher Powder, which is available as 1Kg and 3Kg plastic containers and a 2.5Kg refill bag. I originally bought the 3Kg bottle and the used the 2.5Kg refill bags because of the waste problem the bottles can create. The refill bag, if used at the rate of 40g per load, works out at approximately 8p for a wash. ...using 3-in-1 dishwasher tablets and Waitrose do granular salt in 1.75Kg a plastic bottle or a 3Kg bag. I have a second 3Kg plastic bottle with the label removed which I use to store what I have not used of the bag. They also do Salt Tablets in a 2Kg box which I have never tried.
