...this review on my local Warehouse store however most points are appropriate for all stores.

What is Warehouse?

Warehouse is a typical high street store, which can be found almost anywhere now a day as its rapidly becoming more and more popular. It sells women's clothes ranging from casual to evening to party wear.

...Again, as I have mentioned, Warehouse tends to stock a lot of office-wear themed clothes but I find that they can be worn anytime and not look out of place. I quite like the office look as it makes me feel quite sophisticated. Having a babyish face (as you can see in my pic) is a big problem for me and I have never looked my age always younger, so I try to make myself seem older with what I'm wearing. The other day I went for a walk through the town centre, trying to settle Rylee (My little one - yes I am going to mention him in every review from now on haha!) as he absolutely adores his pram and goes straight to sleep, when I walked past a shop called "Warehouse".
Yes I had noticed this shop was here before but No I had never entered as from the outside it seemed to be for the older, more sophisticated office-type woman. How wrong can a girl be?
I have based this review on my local Warehouse store however most points are appropriate for all stores.

Warehouse is a typical high street store, which can be found almost anywhere now a day as its rapidly becoming more and more popular. It sells women's clothes ranging from casual to evening to party wear.
As I have mentioned, it used to have a reputation for being for the older more official type woman, but has recently began to cater for all woman of different ages and backgrounds. It now, I believe, has something for everyone.

I would say that the target market is for woman in their 20's who like to wear high quality clothes and don't mind paying higher prices. However, throughout the different seasons there is definitely something for everyone.

Warehouse, like every other clothes retailer, changes with the season. In Summer, you will find shorts, t-shirts and vests in very bright colours especially in that particular summer's fashion colour. In Winter, you will find big comfy jumpers and snuggable cardigans as well as Winter fashions that still make you feel good about what you are wearing. Again, as I have mentioned, Warehouse tends to stock a lot of office-wear themed clothes but I find that they can be worn anytime and not look out of place. Compared to other high street retailers, the prices in Warehouse do tend to be slightly higher than average. However, some might say that you are paying for better quality and higher fashion. In an average store you could expect to pay around £20-£30 for a pair of Black trousers whereas in Warehouse you can expect to pay around £40. For a fashion t-shirt it will set you back around £30-£35 whereas normally it would only cost £25. But there are lots of different fashions all of which are very glamorous and particular items are quite unique and you won't see anything similar anywhere else.

The staff I find tend to leave you alone unless required, which can be good can be bad depending on what type of person you are. If you're too shy to ask it can be bad as sometimes you will need a little nudge to get help with what you're looking for however, if like me you like to be left alone to mooch around then its perfect.
The few times I have asked a member of staff for help I have had a mix of experiences. One member of staff just wanted to carry on cleaning the shelves and didn't even step down off the step ladder to point me in the direction of the fitting rooms simply said "over there" - charming and one member of staff went out of her way walking me around the shop pointing out different items which might have interested me and explaining about the latest stock which was due to come in.

The layout of the shop is very neat with clever use of rails as well as wall mounted storage. It's easy to manoeuvre around the shop without feeling cramped and the different fashions are displayed throughout the store on mannequins. Therefore, you know straight away which part of the store you need to be looking in for what ever it is you want.

There is a store care available which I am sure that the person at the cashier desk will be more than happy to fill you in on. Me, personally being against store cards due to the huge temptation of buying lots and then getting into debt ( yes I am a shopping freak) I don't really know much about it however there are leaflets available in store too. Useful for those of you with excellent self control.

Warehouse also stock a full range of accessories from Jewellery such as fashion rings and earrings to handbags exclusive to Warehouse and Scarves etc. Whatever you are looking for warehouse is bound to have it or something very similar.

Warehouse have a 14 day no quibble return policy so if you have a problem with a purchased item you can take it back hassle-free and either get a refund or store-credit.

One thing I have noticed about Warehouse, whether it's just my local store or not I'm not sure but positive I have also seen it at the one in the Trafford Centre, is the all year round Sale rack which displays ex display/damaged/old fashion items (e.g summer stock in winter) quite useful as we all like our bargains.

I would certainly recommend taking a look to see if there's anything you fancy. I particularly like the winter stock that is available at the moment. It's brought back a few of the classic fashion elements such as 50's style cardigan type tops and big cushy comfy oversized jumpers - but fashionable.
As I say the prices are slightly higher than average, however if something takes your fancy it might be worth paying that little bit extra as a treat. If not, you can always walk away ?
