Very poor service .Do not buy a car with this warranty or a warranty with this company . After an engine component failed i tried calling over 20 times and could never get through and just got their awnsering machine . They ask you to get a valuation of the work but not to get it done till they have approved it but as they are uncontactable you can not get authorisation . I managed to get an assesment form sent to the garage after bombarding them with emails but they never paid and human contact with them is impossible .

Warrantywise has been taken over by the ex Top Gear presenter Quentin Willson and things are really good. I have never had a better warranty, new gearbox paid for direct to main dealer (£2700) and no problems with claiming process. I even got an email from the great man himself who said I could contact him if I ever had any problems.

Rip off dont go there! They have rubbish customer service skills, One telephone line, and will try their best not to pay you for any claims that you have had. Warranty Direct seem to be more professional.

In my 27 years of working in the motor industry I have never come across a warranty company that creates so many hurdles & uses delaying methods you just cannot imagine. I even had a claim that was rejected when the claim was 100% good. They just say NO & you cannot reason with them. THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY FOR THE POLICY & GIVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from this company if you value your sanity.
