A few months down the line i needed to make a claim, what a pleasant surprise i had with the simplicity of the claims process. Such helpful and friendly staff and a cheque posted the week after the work was carried out! Great value for money, great peace of mind - in my opinion they do exactly as they promise - provide the best warranty out there! I would recommend to anyone - i will definately be renewing for many years to come!

Very poor service .Do not buy a car with this warranty or a warranty with this company . After an engine component failed i tried calling over 20 times and could never get through and just got their awnsering machine . They ask you to get a valuation of the work but not to get it done till they have approved it but as they are uncontactable you can not get authorisation . I managed to get an assesment form sent to the garage after bombarding them with emails but they never paid and human contact with them is impossible . ...

In my 27 years of working in the motor industry I have never come across a warranty company that creates so many hurdles & uses delaying methods you just cannot imagine. I even had a claim that was rejected when the claim was 100% good. They just say NO & you cannot reason with them. THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY FOR THE POLICY & GIVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ...so wanted to surrender the warranty for refund on remaining time. Eventually they paid the claim. I'd returned the policy document but got a call saying i had to return the policy booklet (identical to the one you can read on their website.) I asked why; "because it's in the terms and conditions." They then did not pay the £150 refund because I'd had a claim. Claim was £57: be nice if they'd said don't claim your refunds worth more. The car comes in a wide variety of colours but most of them tend to be metallic finish which is £250 extra. I chose black as I like that colour and it doesn’t cost an extra £250 the only other choice at that price is the horrible canary yellow Eurgh.
The car is quite cheap to run petrol wise but insurance cost can be quite high I think its insurance group 7. I got a years free insurance on mine and you could have another 3 named drivers added to this at no extra cost. Also I got a 3 year (30, 000 mile ) warranty.
Petrol wise it averages about 45 miles to the gallon.

the 3 cylinder 1.0i 68BHP version which is very nippy (0-62mph in just 13.7secs) if a little noisy-almost sporty sounding.Fuel economy is very good the garage quoted 68mpg and from what ive seen I wouldnt dispute this figure.Emissions are very low 109g/km which puts it in the lowest tax braket costing just £40 a year-plus you can feel all smug as your doing your bit for the enviroment...Insurance wise again very cheap being in catagory 1.
When brought new the car has a 3 years warranty package+ a 12 year anti corrosion warranty.It also comes with Citreon roadside assistance for 1 year free.
If you want a good looking very cheap to run small car then this car is ideal and I would definatly recomend you buy one... ...

Advantages: Fun, fuel economy, the noises the engine and turbo make Disadvantages: luggage space, transmission lag.
just boot it a bit harder to help the transmission choose.
Luggage space. Don't buy this car if you want space. I can fit a medium holdall in the front "boot", and a suit carrier or gym bag in the back compartment over the engine. I could probably fit more on the back of one of my old bikes with hard panniers and a couple of bungees.
Running costs. Cheap. A genuine 50 to the gallon, and a service every 7000 miles costing about £100-£200. The warranty is only 2 years mind, but you can extend it up to 5 years for about £350 a year. A wise move.
The whole thing sits on a 185/50 15 tyres, so no problems there. It needs mobil 1 oil, but doesn't drink any and I get it for £5/litre at costco - you can provide your own oil for the services.
