We bought our WD865A in September 2006, and the only problem we've had is a blockage in the pump that we had to call a service for one month out of warranty! The machine's drying capabilities are average for a combo, and rather than trap lint in a filter which one then has to take out and clean, it will rinse out the lint during the drying cycle, which can cause a blockage in the pump like what we experienced.
