Great value with excellent drying function Advantages: dries very well and has a nice build quality Disadvantages: none The tumble dryer is very effective, this is our second washer/dryer and this seems to dry things very quickly. There is a very handy 60 minute 'flash clean' which we use all the time and seems to clean very well. This machine has a good build quality, the dials feel nice and solid as you turn them and the door has a satisfying locking close when you shut it. don't buy Advantages: none Disadvantages: noisy, prone to breakdowns, no half load function ...eighteen months ago and the Indesit washing machine that came with it has been a disappointment. Firstly, and bizarrely, despite its A rating - their is no half load option on the machine. The dryer is awful thus unusable, ebverything came out smelly foul. The concrete block on top has sheared off from the bolts and the replacing them and new brackets has cost £90 to fix (including repair man fees). he also said Indesits were wholly unrelaible and ... ...even when concrete is in place! The quality of cleaning generally is poor. There are considerably better products on the market which will not let you down so early in their life times and around the same price! Indesit Come out gleaming! Advantages: Efficient - Cleans and drys well Disadvantages: ? When our old machine broke i thought that it was going to be an absolute nightmare trying to find an all in one that was efficient and was not too expensise. We took a visit to the local store and asked for some advice and this was the one that everyone suggetsed. Have had it a few weeks now and its brilliant. You can shove loads it as it has a large drum. It has loads of se8ttings even one especially for smelly shoes and other things of that nature. ... ...our old one just couldnt. I put evrything and anything in, mix colours and wash at 30 degrees with no problems and all theclothes come out gleaming. The dryer is great too one spin and all the clthes are pretty much dry even if it is rammed full. washer/dryer need launderette Advantages: its white Disadvantages: too many to mention What a complete waste of space, one of the biggest shopping errors that i have ever comitted. cheap and cheerful and rubbish. it is not easy to use, and takes some fine tuning and experimenting to use, user manual a waste of time. then when you do finally work out what buttons to use with what, it half heartedly washes your clothes, no sparkling whites from this machine. Not half as good as it should be Advantages: Ease of use Disadvantages: Not very thorough ...I have always though Indesit was quite a good brand name, and haven't had any problems with any of their appliances before. The machine has a good programme list, looks smart, and is of a decent size. It's pretty easy to use, with three dials rather than the multitude of buttons and digital screens that some of them seem to have at the moment. However, since using it, I have been left very unimpressed. It has a reasonable drum size, but when you ... ...middle don't even seem to get wet! Some of them, when dry, seem almost crispy, as if the washing powder hasn't been rinsed out. When using the 50 degree or 90 degree washes, it carries on washing constantly until you manually switch it off, drain and spin it. The first time this happened, I was obviously not expecting it, went out for the day, and came home 14 hours later with the washing machine still going!
