A great machine!

Advantages: Many wash features.
Disadvantages: Hot wash takes a while to run.

This machine is brilliant. A friend recommended this model after our old one died.There are many wash cycles and lots of different features such as rinse only, spin etc. It uses cold water and is A rated for electric. The drum is a good size and the door opens easily.Easy to use and well built.It's quiet when running, and you can slow the spin down easily. I would recommend this with only a slight hesitation about the hot wash which takes a few hours ...

A good brand gone bad

Advantages: Large capacity
Disadvantages: Poor customer service

We have had Whirlpool machines for 20 years or so because they are fast and have a good capacity. We have had this machine for 18 months. There are just two of using it and the tub bearing failed. Whirlpool want £662 to repair it or provide a new one for £595. We paid that amount for the original one. beko washer, the good & not so good.

Advantages: Good value machine, washes well on every programe
Disadvantages: Quick wash cycle takes ages!

It does exactly "what it says on the tin", lovely clean clothes on all programs, even the delicate wash. It is a very quiet machine, with easy to follow controls. I bought this machine about 6 months ago as a fairly basic work horse machine. It is cold fill and supposed to be green & economical to run - huh! Firstly it takes 2.5 hours for a full cotton wash and I would question how 2.5 hours electricity saves much over heating the water a bit more.
