absolute godsend :)

i think that this is a fantastic buy.. i already had a 5kg machine, as i just had my 5th child you can imagine the washing! i was so fed up with loading and sorting etc so i had the idea of upgrading to a larger model... well i have to say it is fantastic, i have it on twice a day compared to 4 or 5 time with the other machine! the washing quality and performmance is really amazing i honestly cant believe it. it has every function possible ...

A good brand gone bad

Advantages: Large capacity
Disadvantages: Poor customer service

We have had Whirlpool machines for 20 years or so because they are fast and have a good capacity. We have had this machine for 18 months. There are just two of using it and the tub bearing failed. Whirlpool want £662 to repair it or provide a new one for £595. We paid that amount for the original one.
