I bought this model from Argos Direct on 15.11.09. First machine broke down in the middle of its first cycle leaving the clothes soaked in soapy water, ruining the whole wash. It did not heat the water (it uses only cold fill), stopped responding to buttons after I tried to change the broken program to rinse or spin in attempt to save the wash. The replacement one was delivered two weeks later and did not even bother to react to pressing its buttons ...
