love this washing machine sooooooooooooooo quiet,but compared to my old one which sounded like a jet taking off it would be lol.(it was also a hotpoint,but had no shame to it,was about 12 years old and had had the bushes replaced twice)and if truth be know could have had it fixed for about 60 quid.was fed up looking at it though. but this new model.................the only thing i have trouble with if finding enough of the same colour wash to do ...
...you use of course as with any machine. draw back is it is cold fill only was used to a hot and cold, but when you read what hot water does to your expensive washing powder enzymes you better with the cold fill. noticed the hubbys jeans came up much cleaner in this machine compared with my old 1. ... Why do manufacturers penalise the people buying lower-spec machines with low spin speeds? The final thing: three plastic panels, one right down at floor level, the other two on the detergent drawer. The fixtures for the floor level one broke shortly after the guarantee expired (how annoying is that?!), ...
...of the two on the drawer, the one which prevents loads of water pouring down the front of the machine, it was a major problem and one which had to be fixed by literally melting it back into place with a red-hot metal implement. Maintenance is virtually impossible: to get the back off the machine, you have to have tools which only BSH Appliance Care's engineers have access to.
