With them if you need a replacement item you can choose which one you want up to the same value of what you paid for your old one. Allergy care which is good to use on towels and jeans as it uses more water to rinse the clothes meaning that more of the soap powder is washed out. Good for people with skin allergys such as eczema. It also has a fast wash option shortening the cycle of no more than 50 minutes depending on the cycle you have picked. It has something called fuzzy logic. Buy at your own Risk! Advantages: Washes well. Disadvantages: So many! ...back where the holding bolt is (This keeps the drum steady whilst moving) but the metal is frayed and jagged and not been cut properly. hoover washing machine review Advantages: it looks good Disadvantages: i find it doesnt wash that well ...i miss my good old hoover electron! I find this machine not to wash my cloths particularly well as i have a dog and cat which constantly moult and the machine just seems it cant remove the hairs! The machine also doesnt rinse the cloths very well and for big loads i put them in for another set of rinses, the conditioner/detergent draw constantly needs cleaning and the door seal tends to be dirty, however, the large drum is extremely usefull but if ... ...in so i dont have to put the cloths through more rinses, i find its also realy handy how it will drain but not turn round when the door is open. NOT RECOMMENDED Advantages: None Disadvantages: V Poor build quality and no support from manufacturers ...off ! I contacted Hoover Candy who said 'my only option' was to pay them over £100 to repair it. The parts are covered for five years but they will only honour this is the parts are fitted by them. I explained that in my opinion as the failure was caused by the retaining bolts coming undone this can only be due to either a design fault or bad build quality. The claiming it is a 'component failure' but they say as it lasted a reasonable time (18 ... ...with them and that's perfectly acceptable. I will never buy a Hoover Candy product again and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I recommend you look at LG or Bosch who give you a two year full warrentee not these cowboys, and the build quality is far better. ... Hoover HNL 642 Washing Machine Advantages: Quick wash programmes Disadvantages: Poor quality. Didn't even last a week !! ...the drum ! My previous Hoover WM had broken down and after a battle with Dom & Gen for 3 weeks they decided to replace it with the HNL 642 under my washing machine repair plan. I had to wait for a week until the replacement was delivered from Wales to N Ireland. By now the washing is taking over my house and thats with taking some to family to wash. There are 6 of us so a washing machine is essential. Now I am without a washing machine again. Hoover ... ...complaint !!! I wouldn't recommend Hoover washing machines or their customer service. It would be wiser to save for a new washing machine every year as put up with the hassle of waiting for months to get the old one fixed. Mine only last a year and then things go wrong.
