Miele is the best brand for washing machines and dryers. It has a German origin. This means is very high quality!!! This also means that you have to pay a lot: 754.631 pounds. Since we are a family with 4 members, we definitely need it. A normal dishwasher lasts for 12-15 years while a Miele last for 20+ years. We like this washing machine a lot!!! Get Excited About Washers Advantages: Looks good, high spin speed, robust and durable Disadvantages: None ...dislike washers but I like Miele washers. The reason for this is because they last a long, a very long time and if, like me, you hate shopping for boring household appliances then you’ll love Miele for this reason alone. So when disaster stuck one evening in the form of a leaking toilet, collapsed ceiling (part thereof) and a partly rubble covered washer, boy was I pleased that I’d taken up the offer of 10 months for the price of 12 home insurance. ... ...weeks wages on my previous Miele but nothing like that price – I wasn’t going to argue with the insurers. A good brand gone bad Advantages: Large capacity Disadvantages: Poor customer service We have had Whirlpool machines for 20 years or so because they are fast and have a good capacity. We have had this machine for 18 months. There are just two of using it and the tub bearing failed. Whirlpool want £662 to repair it or provide a new one for £595. We paid that amount for the original one.
