whirlpool awo/d4505 - brilliant! Advantages: quick wash and hand wash programs Disadvantages: none The whirlpool awo/d4505 is a fab washing machine! Altogether there are 4 of us in the house, and I have to do at least 2 loads a day! We have had the machine for 18 months now, and it has never had a problem. There are so many different cycles that you can always find one not only to suit your washing needs but also your timing too. My washing always comes out clean, smelling great - which isn't my experience with previous machines ive had. An excellent machine under rated Advantages: Washes clean no matter how smelly or soiled Disadvantages: None ...Whirlpool. We bought the Whirlpool for 220GBP cheap compared to 379GBP for the load of old Bosch. The Whirlpool is A rated energy efficient but here's the secret it does get water. Whirlpool has washed food stains, soiling (some quite heavy from sons DIY), cat odours from his blankets and everything comes out fresh and clean. I have owned this machine for nearly a year and half, and have never had a problem. The synthetics wash is excellent,, 30 ... ...wash cleans. The only disadvantage is that a larger family would need the 6kg so size does count. I recommend this machine to a couple or small family with a limited budget. P.S. There are plenty of 2nd hand Boschs for sale but very few Whirlpools. The Beko WMB10W is one of the best washing machines available. Advantages: Wide variety of wash cycles, Very easy to use and clean, Great reliability. Disadvantages: Loud spin cycle. ...being advised to buy a Beko dishwasher I was rather sceptical about the brand, though this time I was promised that this Beko WMB10W washing machine really was good. I was not disappointed and thus far I have had little problem with it. Quality/Performance On paper the WMB10W is a good but not great washing machine, with B ratings for Efficiency and Wash quality and a C for Spin quality. Regardless of the ratings, it performs very well indeed. ... ...it still washes well, even at 30°. Regular cycles take around 3 hours, with the options for a prewash or a quick wash lengthening or shortening the time taken.
