this is a great product which i would truly recommend. having dark black hair myself, which tends to grow back in a few days! i was looking for a cost effective way to make my face smooth and hair free!
for many years i had been bleaching with jolen but this as you know is still visible and gives a glow to your face in the sun! not ideal! i tried paper wax strips that are ready to use - what a waste of money! you can only use them once and the hair doesnt even come off. then i tried cold wax strips of the same brand. also very useless. they are just like sticky tape they dont remove a single hair! especialyl as hairs on the face are quite short and often ingrown
then i decided to try this. i have never used wax anywhere before as iv always been worried bout the pain but you do get used to it and its no way as bad as threading! you heat the little pot in boiling water. do not place the pot in the saucepan while boiling it as it becomes very hot and will burn your face!
boil water first then put on face. it will start to harden quite quick so you need to heat 2-3 times to do whole face. i recommend putting it all over your face then stripping it all off in one go. you will need another application aswell to remove all hair.
i do it every week but you can get away with every 2 weeks. i have quick growth! however, you do need to remove small stubborn hairs with a plucker. i did not get a rash or spots with this. i came out in lots of spots with other waxes - as i have problem skin. feels very smooth. no pain at all after a few goes. however the wax does stick to your skin espeacilly the small bits wihch are hard to take off. so i suggest putting a thick layer rather than thin.
or you can moisten your face with water and rub a flannel to remove small bits. the box says use each tablet of wax once - dont!! i have re used and re heated one tablet 7 times! its just as good. you get two tablets in the box. as theres not many hairs on faces, it works fine to use over and over again
