Web-Blinds Picnic Hamper Roman Blinds

Product looks good and does job. Disappointing customer service.

Advantages: Quick delivery, blinds look good, and reduce heat reasonably well
Disadvantages: Poor customer service

Just ordered some blinds from web blinds. The company didn't provide screws or plugs to install them into ordinary plasterboard and wasn't even able to advise as to what I needed. Their advice: take the blinds to a DIY store and ask them for advice as to what I need. I find it extremely disappointing that the company doesn't provide the proper materials to fit the blinds in a very standard construction material; the notion that having spent several hundred pounds I now need to go to a DIY store is somewhat bewildering to me. The attitude of the company's helpline when I raised this issue was also quite unhelpful. We went with this company because they were associated with Hillary's but I really wouldn't recommend this company at all now for all the hassle this is causing. Don't trust 247 Blinds

Advantages: The blinds looked nice
Disadvantages: Didn't have any stock to sell me but charged me anyway, very poor communications

I ordered Roman blinds from 247 Blinds' website. The following day I phoned them to check everything was okay. They told me the fabric I'd chosen wouldn't be available for ten days. I said okay. Two weeks later I phoned to ask when I'd receive the blinds. They told me it would be another week. Another week passed without any communication with them and when I got through they again promised delivery in a few days. This didn't happen and they didn't get in touch to explain what was happening. I phoned them one last time and they promised yet again that I would get the blinds a few days later. That day came and went without any blinds arriving but this time they finally phoned me to explain they were still waiting on the fabric so I cancelled the order. Excellent Service, great product

Advantages: Fast service, great range, high quality
Disadvantages: None

After searching many high street retailers and department stores we were struggling to find a blind for our bedroom. We could not find any ready made, as the window is the complete width of our bedroom, just over nine feet. We looked at made to measure from the John Lewis, but this worked out too expensive. We decided to check out the web for any made to measure sites. We came across Web-blinds.com and they were just what we were looking for. They do a great range for vertical, venison, roman, and normal roller blinds. All came is a large select of fabrics, designs and colours. There is a great page where you can enter the measurements of your window and it will calculate the cost of the blind, by style and fabric.
