I brought this webcam in 2005 and have been chuffed ever since i got it. It has been a great bit of kit which i have found very useful over the last year. It feature automatic white balance and exposure control. It has a video size of 640 by 480. This came to me as a prize from a well known UK internet magazine. ...is it. It's a Logitech product which means it is made well and well known, which is always a bonus when buying electrical goods. I've never had any problems with the product so have never needed to get in touch with the company, but I'm sure, being the large brand that they are they would be more than helpful if anyone did have problems with it.
