Disadvantages: Drivers are a pain, face tracking isn't as good as hoped

...easiest place is probely the Logitech website. The face tracking does work, but it does get a bit confused when another person comes in and it trys to follow them at the same time. The zoom is impressive and the movement is good. For anyone who just wants a simple webcamera that is pretty cost effective then the quickcam web would be a good option. I got it a few years ago when it cost me about £55 but now ive seen it for about £25 in pc world so as cameras go its cheap enough. Its got a number of abilities, taking still pictures (you can use the button on top but be careful not to take a picture of your wrist, i prefer to just use the software and click the onscreen button) ...

I have used this camera on XP and it worked fine, when I had to get Vista, I installed the webcam, and some software was downloaded automatically from the Internet which allowed the webcam to work. This came to me as a prize from a well known UK internet magazine.
