I've never had any problems with the product so have never needed to get in touch with the company, but I'm sure, being the large brand that they are they would be more than helpful if anyone did have problems with it. I brought this webcam in 2005 and have been chuffed ever since i got it. It has been a great bit of kit which i have found very useful over the last year. It feature automatic white balance and exposure control. It has a video size of 640 by 480. I love this camera. The quality is great, and it looks beautiful. However, it feels cheap. The plastic isn't very robust feeling. The way it clips on to your laptop is a great touch, and the camera itself is very good. You can adjust the resolution and everything.
