As the years went on I followed different diets and my weight went up and down ( mostly up!!), then about ten years ago I got a leaflet from WeightWatchers - I still got post from them as I was a gold member - and decided there and then I was going back, I talked my daughter into coming with me and off we went.

I was fed up with my unpredictable old manual scales, so when I decided to shift a few pounds I decided to purchase a set of electronics. Being fond of WeightWatchers products, I thought it would be a good idea to get my hands on some of their scales, and bought the Body Fat PrecisionElectronicScales.
The scales themselves are two shades of silver, with little ovals for your feet (see further functions). With manual scales you need to use them on flat, hard surfaces, but here you are provided with detachable 'carpet feet' so you can use these on various floors (which is great because it means I can use them in the privacy of my own room!).
