Not just dust on the menu at Weight Watchers

Advantages: A weight loss programme that is tried and tested
Disadvantages: Can be expensive

The cheapest alternative is to 'Do It Yourself' - you can get free access to the message boards on the Weight Watcher website and gets lots of tips and inspirations from there. As for me I am going it alone now, still following the old Core plan and keeping in touch with other members on the message boards of the Weight Watcher website. Weight Watchers

Advantages: fun, easy, no banned foods
Disadvantages: none in my opinion

After having my son it was hard to imagine how difficult it would be getting back into shape. Constantly tired from being up all night, excercise was the last thing on my mind. I barely had enough time to eat never mind evaluate what i was eating. As you can imagine this resulted in me eating the wrong things and gaining an exceptional amount of weight. One year on from my sons birth I held my breathe and stepped onto the scales. Mortified, I glanced down at the 14st 2lb. At 5ft 3" this classed me as obese. I was shocked into action. The next day as i was chatting to my mum about my new findings she recommended weight watchers to me. Registration was free at this time so i thought there was no harm in going along.
