Advantages: fun, easy, no banned foods Disadvantages: none in my opinion
After having my son it was hard to imagine how difficult it would be getting back into shape. Constantly tired from being up all night, excercise was the last thing on my mind. I barely had enough time to eat never mind evaluate what i was eating. As you can imagine this resulted in me eating the wrong things and gaining an exceptional amount of weight.
One year on from my sons birth I held my breathe and stepped onto the scales. Mortified, I glanced down at the 14st 2lb. At 5ft 3" this classed me as obese. I was shocked into action.
The next day as i was chatting to my mum about my new findings she recommended weightwatchers to me. Registration was free at this time so i thought there was no harm in going along.

I was fed up with my unpredictable old manual scales, so when I decided to shift a few pounds I decided to purchase a set of electronics. Being fond of WeightWatchers products, I thought it would be a good idea to get my hands on some of their scales, and bought the Body Fat PrecisionElectronicScales.
The scales themselves are two shades of silver, with little ovals for your feet (see further functions). With manual scales you need to use them on flat, hard surfaces, but here you are provided with detachable 'carpet feet' so you can use these on various floors (which is great because it means I can use them in the privacy of my own room!).
