Weight Watchers

Advantages: fun, easy, no banned foods
Disadvantages: none in my opinion

After having my son it was hard to imagine how difficult it would be getting back into shape. Constantly tired from being up all night, excercise was the last thing on my mind. I barely had enough time to eat never mind evaluate what i was eating. As you can imagine this resulted in me eating the wrong things and gaining an exceptional amount of weight. One year on from my sons birth I held my breathe and stepped onto the scales. Mortified, I glanced down at the 14st 2lb. At 5ft 3" this classed me as obese. I was shocked into action.
