Weleda Wild Rose Cleansing Lotion

***Why this one ?*** Looking for a "natural" cleansing lotion for my dry skin, the pharmacist recommended me Weleda, german brand i already heard about and quite cheap : £15 for a 200ml bottle (only exists in this capacity). It has an eco-label : BDIH. Weleda doesn't test on animals. The brand is known to use essential oils, organic plant extracts and natural bases. Godd arguments. ***The product*** In a pink box, you'll find a glass bottle quite heavy and not practical at all. The smell reminds me of lavander and alcohol too. The cream is fluid ans fresh as you gently apply it to your face. Not easy to measure out but easy to take off with cotton pads or water. Review of Weleda Iris Cleansing Lotion

A Cleansing and Moisturising Lotion

Advantages: It?s a 3 in 1 lotion
Disadvantages: Not a particularly interesting packaging

the dry skin one might be slightly greasy. The bottle of Nivea Lotion I brought was a 400ml version. It cost me £2.99p. The main part of the bottle is navy with the screw top lid being white. On the front is a very simple but clear design. In a square box it says in big letters Nivea Lotion in white. Under this it says its non-greasy for normal skin. Under this text is a small picture of a flower in white and silver and under the image it states it is a light moisturising and cleansing lotion that replenishes moisture. On the reverse of the bottle once again it is all white text and it states how it maintains your skin?s natural moisture level, and that it is quickly absorbed leaving skin soft and smooth. Review of Nivea Moisturising Lotion (Normal)

Elegant rose with a wild heart

Advantages: Excellent blend, smooth, subtle, warm, one of the best rose fragrances out there
Disadvantages: Too subtle, poor staying power, exorbitant price

and wild feel like that of wild rose. After about four hours the fragrance faded considerably so I had to re-apply. A spritz on each wrist then lasted till the rest of the evening and I finally managed to get the woody tones the second time round. A disappoinment though, as they were barely detectable and lingered on for about half an hour before disappearing. The woody tones had no particular flavour in particular, just a general, washed, dried out note. Conclusion If you want to experience rose in its pure, intensive form, this fragrance may not be for you. Rose Essentielle is a bouquet of flowers that stays soft, powdery and warm even in the dry down and has none of the long-lasting, heady muskiness of Paul Smith Rose.
