...a very dark brown but Wella On Off System always makes your hair the same colour as it says on the packet.
It's also very easy to use. Instructions! Mix the hair dye into the developer by twisting the bottom of the bottle. There's only one bottle, some hair dyes have two making a mess when you try and pour one into the other. Put on gloves which are included in the packet which are actually very good quality ones and your fingers don't go through ... ...Another good point for Wella is that I am not allergic to their hair dye. Generally I am allergic to everything and come up with a rash but Wella is very gentle and afterwards your hair looks in great condition, very shiny!
You also get a lot of mixture, some other hair dyes I have used don't have enough to do my hair and I have to have two which turns out to be expensive. Wella are generous with their quantities!
Best tip of the day is that when ...

I felt that I had to give this product a rating because it's saved my life many a time. Sadly, I'm not sure it's still around. I've found it in a few Superdrugs lately but it's been in the bargain bin at half price! Half my luck - I'd have paid £100 to remove my freaky bright red hair but I only had to pay £2.49! What a bargain.
What it does is gently remove your hair colour and return it to a more natural look. The special active ingredient is ... ...In this is an easy click plastic bottle containing 9.5g of remover powder, 90.5 ml remover liquid, 1 Viva remover finishing treatment (10ml), a thermo cap, plastic gloves in a plastic bubble and the instruction leaflet.
The bottle has a silver seal at the bottom which you remove. Once this is taken away there is a gap between the 2 bottles, which you then turn in the direction of the arrows until the bottles 'click' together. You then vigorously ...

Advantages: It works great and leaves hair looking great Disadvantages: It's very runny
Wella's new ON/OFF system is great for people who want to make a difference with there hair colour. It's really easy to use and very effective.
Buying It:
I hate buying hair colourants because you never what they're going to turn out like, but I wanted to add more red to my hair. I wasn't allowed to dye my hair permanantly so I went to find a semi-permanent. The On/Off system is really helpful. On the back of the box, there are loads of different ... ...will show you what colour your hair should turn out. Then you buy the dye and the OFF lotion. The dye and the OFF stuff are both £3.99 each.
Using It:
Instructions are never the best part, but this process is simple. You do have loads of instructions, with illustrations.
All you do is either wash your hair and dry it just with a towel or you can put the dye straight on dry hair, then you leave cling film on it for 20-30 mins. Then wash the dye ...

...I had used the Wella Coulour Mousse before (unsuccesfully), but this was my first experience of the On/Off System - which looks so great in the ads (Too good to be true??). I applied a coulour called 'China Black', which looked great on my mousey hair. A month or so later when my roots were beginning to show, I decided to try out the colour remover.
I didnt expect much to happen. But I was impressed. It was easy to apply, and afterwards my hair ...

Advantages: nice even colour...(but doesnt suit me!) Disadvantages: can NOT remove the colour- no shops selling 'Off' lotion!
i have recently used viva on to darken my hair, on the understanding that i would be able to purchase the 'off' lotion, if it was unsuitable and thought this was an excellent way of trial and error, however after searching two towns i havent been unable to remove my hair colour, (which iam not relived about in the slightest, although its a nice warm colour, it doesnt suit me!). Please could someone point me in the right direction, or has this product ...

Advantages: Great coverage, ease of application, smell, good for redheads, doesnt damage hair! Disadvantages: Cant say I found any.
...After years of frustratingly searching for a colouring product which worked well with my red hair, I have finally found it in the WellaViva On/OffSystem. Fellow redheads will know how annoying it is to be faced with product upon product mentioning no suitability at all to red heads.
After deciding to try the on/offsystem, I chose the mahogany colour and went for it. After a surprisingly easy application with no mess, I couldnt beleive the end results. The finished colour was lovely and really suited me, it wasnt too dark and the coverage was even. Another noticeable feature was the lovely smell the lotion had, very nice in comparison to some of the other colouring products on the market.
Although semi-permanent, this product works wonders for redheads and can be removed very easily without any damage to hair....

Advantages: Wide range of colours, dye can be removed easily Disadvantages: Quite expensive
...I am sure that I am not the only person in the world who gets a bit bored of their hair colour every so often. And I bet I’m also not the only one that is too scared to dye it in case it all goes horribly wrong. Imagine how delighted I was to discover the Viva long lasting On/Offsystem by Wella.
Basically this is your standard semi-permanent hair dye which claims to last for up to twenty shampoos. However, the makers state that the colour is reversible as you can purchase a special remover to restore your hair colour back to normal.
I first purchased this system in Boots last year when they had an offer whereby you bought the colour and got the remover free. As they are usually around £5.99-£6.99 each, I thought that this was a good deal and bought a nice auburn shade for my light brown hair.
When you open the box of colourant...
