Whether you are playing with it by yourself, or playing agaisnt somebody else with another Lightsaber, this is one of those toys that you just have to have. The colours make it very pretty when the lights are off and its dark. It is very realistic and it looks extremely similar to DarthVader's Lightsaber. If you kids like Starwars, or just want something bright to play with, this is the toy to buy for them. Its price is very cheap for what you are getting for your money. Your kids will truly believe that they are DarthVader when you buy them this toy and they are swinging it about!
If you are on a tight budget and need to buy a present for somebody, this is *the* toy to buy for them! ...

Why Buy It
I bought this as a Christmas present for my cousin who is absolutely StarWars mad! This is an older children's toy and not a dangerous, expensive replica so it is safe to play with. This is aimed for children over 8 (and maybe adults!) to play and reenact their favorite galactic battles. Of course this could be considered as a collectors piece as well! I got this for a 9 year old, which I think is probably the most appropriate age to buy this product for.
