For the price, and performance, this drive is a classic. S-ATA I is getting dated now, but if your not looking for huge speed, this is a solid option.

I would check out Samsung's Spinpoint range, and pick up a 250Gb 7200Rpm 16mb cache SATA II disk for a similar price, this disk is an absolute winner.
Power consumtion on these is great, dont cheap out on a drive, go WD!
