Westlers Chicken in White Sauce

Advantages: Lovely range of sauces
Disadvantages: it is hot

...small children would not particulary like this sauce due to the spicyness and hotness of the peppercorns. We normally have a jar between us and mix it in with everything rather than the chicken but this is up to you how you use it. When I was cooking this sauce my mouth was watering as I like a lot of their white sauces. Their cooking guidelines. is to preheat your oven to 180oc and cook your chicken as normal until nearly cooked and for the last hour pour in the sauce and stir and cook for a further hour. Another way is to pan fry your chicken and add the sauce in the last 20 mins of cooking. If you like bits and pieces in your sauces or garlic you can add these or vegetables your self to make it a chunky sauce.
