What is a Chav?

Chav's I read a review recently about chav's and found It was rather one sided. Admittedly the guy who wrote it had good reason for not liking chav's he had been attacked by them more then once. But I found it a little unfair so thought I would try to write a review a little more two sided. But we will see how it goes. This might really going to stir up a hornets nest, but I'm going to have my say. Through the decades there have always been sections of the public with whom the rest of us find it hard to relate. They seem to be more rebellious than usual, more aggressive and totally disrespectful. More often than not they stand out from the crowd with their apparently outrageous fashion ideas which seem a bit over the top. Does chav have a dictionary definition? In Websters dictionary it does… It quite literally means the lower class; uneducated and ignorant people Now don't get me wrong I am more than partial to categorising certain people at times, for the way they dress or for other circumstances, as I'm sure we all are. The Chav. Is this a new breed of people, or simply an old breed under a new name? WHERE DO THEY ORIGINATE? Most Chavs originate from council estates (I feel I am within my rights to say this as I was born and bred on a locally notorious council estate), but this is not always the case. Chavs can turn up in any of the classes but from my own personal experience it seems that the lower the class, the higher pedigree your Chav will be. WHERE WILL I FIND ONE?
