"Top hole!"

With Which On Line, you get that real confidence that continuity of service is guaranteed. That's very valuable when we see how big providers like Lineone with huge parents like BT behave in building customer confidence then terminating contracts.

The Consumers' Association is of course risk adverse, cannot be funded by advertising, and has to have the interest of consumers at heart, so it's unlikely to do anything that is unsustainable.

Which On Line has tight service agreements with NTL that provides the electronic infrastructure, and technically things are just about as good as they could be.

For my part, I use cheaper dial-up access from other providers, but I still use Which for e-mail and webspace.

The real value of Which comes from its content, and this alone is worth the subscription price. All Which magazines are on line with huge archive information, but the forums are absolutely superb. It has a "mature" customer base, so there is no swearing and there are no grossly misleading postings. It works well with very little moderation. The staff of the Consumers' Association will response to queries that are posted within the forums concerning consumer issues.

All in all, very friendly with good payback.
