This review is something of an obituary. After struggling on in various formats for a couple of years now, RI:SE is facing the axe, and will be disappearing from our screens in a few weeks? time.
Originally designed to replace the Big Breakfast in Channel 4?s 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. slot, RI:SE was a funkier, younger rival to GMTV and BBC Breakfast News. Its original ?newsdesk? style format, anchored by presenters Mark Durden-Smith and Edith Bowman, quite appealed to me, as did the news bulletins featuring the top 5 headlines for the morning. However, the format failed to capture the attention of the great British public, and the originally quite impressive array of presenters started leaving the show like rats deserting the proverbial sinking ship. Advantages: Three decent bands Disadvantages: D4 are one trick ponies
?, which sounds like the band?s bastard offspring with Queen, but proves a deserved crowd-pleaser (just missed the top 20 when released shortly after). Again, Ok Go could do with working the crowd a bit more, but at least they?re not too nervous and eager to bounce all over the stage. Perhaps they?re unused to being back in such small venues too. Their inoffensive rock may be a little dull for some, but there?s no reason why it can?t sell this side of the Atlantic (after all, if Toploader can...)

Headliners tonight though are New Zealand?s D4. Not so long ago, they were here supporting the Datsuns, and now they?re top of the bill with more garage rock copyists in their wake. Told you this thing had caught on didn?t I?

Advantages: one of the best online multiplier games for xbox and xbox live Disadvantages: cannot play multipler campaigne and downloadable new maps with extra costs
The game or what us gamers have come to call it CoD4 is an excellent online gaming experience, i my opinion i have enjoyed if not all hours spent on this game from the campaign to multipler xbox live. i find this game much better gamplay then the newer CoD 5 which conists of older weapons and most gamers prefer this because of the modernicity; as it is called modern warfare. in my opinion i find the game fun and exciting on any level of tge game but i believe it can easily be improved. i find the limitations in mulitpler to be extremely annoying as friends cannot play mulitpler campaigne and from my point of view i thing this is what gamers look for in games. in my opinion the game is excellent for online but users may need to download new maps which allows them to extend the gaming pleasure as there are more things gamers can do. this ...
