With a Total Gross Capacity of 299 litres this fridge freezer provides plenty of storage to suit most family needs including: 3 spill guard glass fridge shelves - made from safe, durable, and modern looking toughened glass with lipped edges that prevent spills running on to any food below; 3 extra large freezer drawers and extra deep door storage.

There is also built in anti bacterial protection - Whirlpool, in collaboration with Microban have developed an anti-bacterial filtration system to help purify the circulating air, reducing bacteria, odours and risk of cross-contamination between different food stuffs. (Microban antibacterial protection inhibits the growth of potentially harmful bacteria such as the Escherichia Coli virus, Salmonella typhimurium, Listeria monocytogenes and even Staphylococcus aureus. Microban protection also inhibits the growth of moulds and the occurrence of mildew that can cause stains, odours and deterioration of your products).

This model also has a frost free facility - which in turn prevents your freezer drawers from cracking or weakening. On a more kitchen oriented front, this fridge is capable of storing food safely in the event of power failure for up to 12 hours (proof of just how well insulated and efficient it is). It also has a freezing Capacity of 7 kg/24 hr and is environmentally friendly as it uses no HFCs or CFCs. It also has a total noise output of around 40 dBA (literally just louder than a whisper).

In case you need to measure the space in your kitchen ready for your new ARC 7453 (no, im not really that confident in my reviews) the exact specifications are as follows: height x width x depth (mm) = 1890 x 600 x 610. This is certainly a brilliant product and I have personally had no problems with mine so far - the anti-spill shelves have already proven themselves a number of times (I keep telling my husband not to put the milk bottles on their sides) and the ease of mobility with the rear rollers is excellent. This fridge/freezer will almost undoubtedly look good in your kitchen whether you chose the 'Satina Mist' or White finish and so I would certainly recommend it.
