I am sharing my experience about the product.I purchased this washing machine,after consulting with by neighbor.I completely checked the product and its performance.I was fully satisfied with its performance.For a small family,it is a nice product.It is very easy to operate.The price is comfortablefor a middle class family.It consumes less power and space.Another thing attracted me is its quiet performance .My previous washer produce lot of sound while working and it consumes more power.We can recommend this product with out any doubt to any one.For this price, it is best choice,if any one going buy a new washing machine.With out compromising the quality of the product, whirlpool has done a good job by launching this product.

Very helpful for making a buying decision. Best way is to find out by word of mouth which is what CIAO is all about. If your neighbour is happy with it and you are happy with it, it must be a good washing machine.
