Advantages: raesonable price, attractive Disadvantages: product failure, poor service
...Whirlpool (Kitchen Aid) range oven failed in less than 1 year.
3 visits from service department failed to correct problem.
Still without working oven after 1 month.
Whirlpool has very poor service system, no product knowledge, no tracking system.
I would not buy whirlpool products again and have informed many aquaintances of this and recommended they not buy Whirlpool.
Product is attractive and reasonable price, looks good, slide in ceramic top, easy to clean.
controls are confusing.
Whirlpool's service department knows nothing about the product -they only schedule appointments.
Sears staff (retailer) has some knowledge but have been unable to fix problem.
Whirlpool has no consumer complaint system and does not reply to emails. fid fish fish fish fish fish fish

Advantages: Nothing Disadvantages: Lot of risks to get them repaired so frequently
...Hi I am Channaveeraswamy JDM. I bought a new whirlpool Refrigerator. Within 10 months itself, it got repaired twice for major problems. I opted whirlpool because of its name in the market. I thought it will be a good quality product. It really hurt my feelings. I asked for a replacement. The customer support manager for Bangalore "Mr.Nirmal" straight away rejected to replace with his rude sentences. I felt that I have purchased a second hand refrigerator. I believe their products are worst in quality. My experience with it was worst. Just imagine if you want to get it repaired so frequently, how much risky it is. So please don't purchase whirlpool products and also don't recommend this to others.
I didn't find any link to contact top authorities of Whirlpool. If anybody has come across their contact please do forward my mail to them...
