Whiskas Supermeat Kitten doesn't come cheap. Expect to pay a very similar price per 190g tin to what you'd pay for a 390/400g tin of the adult food. (But you'll find the same goes for all brands). You can get a 4 pack for £1.35 (Tesco price) which contains 3 flavours, chicken (x2), cod, and rabbit.
Each tin contains....
~ Meat and animal derivatives (a minimum 4% meat/fish of the stated variety) more
I usually feed my cats on the odd tin of meat but primarily a complete dry food and they seem to thrive on it. But with the recent addition to our tribe of Shadow, (a 12 week old kitten that we took in due to her mum dying) and more recently Cookie's babies (now 4 weeks old) I felt the little ones required a 'specialist' diet for a while.

I have no desire to taste this stuff myself as it smells typically cat foody ie not at all appealing to me, but Shadow loves it. She's caught up to being a healthy size kitten after the little scrap that she was when we found her, and the babies will be having their first taster soon.
Whiskas Kitten is also available as little chunks of meat in jelly (in both tin and pouch format), and as a complete dry meal. But I feel as a first introduction to food, the Supermeat is the best option.
Also recommended for pregnant and lactating queens (that's the mum cat to normal people) due to the high nutritional value. The suggested feeding is as much as they will eat.

Advantages: My babies gobble it down, and it claims to be nutritious. Disadvantages: Dubious as to whether there really are different flavours.
...purtaining to the above product: Whiskas Kitten Chunks in Jelly.
First of all I would just like to say I love my two burmese cat, Alfie and Coco, a lot... and so does my partner. We consider them as part of our family so they have the best that we can give them.
I was recommended by Coco's breeder Whiskers Kitten in Jelly and this was the main reason why I bought it. You have to give them what they have been eating at the breeder's house at least ... ...tried to avoid Felix and Whiskas because of all this stuff I had read on the internet. However, I also remember reading somewhere that cats are totally different to us. They are obligate carnivores. When they kill an animal in the wild they will eat the whole thing (except some toilet bit of the animal). Therefore, the fact that cat food is essentially mushed up animal (bones, eyes, etc.) is perfectly fine because it is what they need to be well ...

Advantages: Kitten eats it without puking Disadvantages: Jelly to food ratio, smell, minimal amount of poultry/fish
...My review is for Whiskas Kitten Pouches in Jelly. I get mine in a box of 12 from Sainsburys or Somerfield. This is the food my kitten (Katy) was weaned onto, so I was to keep on using this, unless I wanted to switch. I decided that if she ate this, I'd keep on going with this.
~*~ What flavours do I get? ~*~
In my box I get Chicken, Turkey, Tuna and Cod, all in Jelly. I get 3 of each flavour, and Katy eats them all. I think you can also get them ... ...guess this is doing something for her! Katy was the runt, but she is growing well, so I'm keeping her on Whiskas. But her litter tray smells of Whiskas (eww).
I would reccommend this for a healthy kitten, but keep an air freshener in your kitchen.

Quick review of Whiskas Kitten
My cat loves his whiskas ever since he was a kitten. He doesn't eat any other food. I tried giving him different product to see which one he likes the best but he just refused to eat. The only reason why i made him try other food is because whiskas can be rather expensive. :( ...

Advantages: Cat loves it. Disadvantages: Smells too much
...4 months eating Whiskas, we had to change her to a special diet as she developed food allergy.
I cannot blame Whiskas for my kitten's allergy, althought I feel a little bit suspicious. I think is a good brand and kitty liked it...quite sad she cannot eat it anymore. ...

Advantages: kittens love it Disadvantages: it really smells and you dont get enough for your money
my kittens really liked the whiskas kitten food and always ate tons and tons! i found that it smells too much and there isn't really alot in one pouch, and it costs alot. so basically, you aren't getting all that much for your money, and i found that i had to give the kittens twice as much of this food compaired to any other, because it just didn't fill them up! they loved the taste though and its good for tiny kittens but becomes too expensive as ...

Advantages: Magic loves it, doesn't smell too bad, easy to use, good value Disadvantages: None
I've never really been an animal lover to be honest, but we had a few pets in our house growing up, a rabbit and a hamster which were my brothers, and 2 goldfish which were mine. We then went on to get a German Shepherd who is still going strong today, and it made me realise Harry might like a pet of his own. He has an obsession with cats so my fiance and I made the decision to get him a kitten of his very own! Magic was welcomed into our family last Sunday, and is totally in love with him!
I haven't got a clue about feeding cats or anything about cats to be honest, so after acquiring Magic, we went straight to the Supermarket to buy him some food to settle him in. The breeder we purchased him from told us to get either Whiskas or Felix, and we decided to opt for Whiskaskitten food. You can buy it in can or pouches, and we decided ...

We have 2 new additions to our household, 2 adorable new kittens called Mork & Mindy! We decided straight away that they would be Whiskaskittens and at the moment use the dry food and the jelly sachets.
Whiskas are a well known brand that has been feeding kitties for years and their cat food range is excellent quality. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive food on the market but fall somewhere in the middle. Our vet recommends Whiskas and I believe they are probably the most commonly used cat food out there.
12 Sachets of Whiskas will set you back around £3.30 and at the moment our kittens are 9 weeks old and we use around 2 sachets a day combined with the dry food. (All cats are different though and we expect ours to start eating more very soon!)
The food itself is small chunks of meat in delicious jelly, I say ...
Advantages: nutritional, tasty, cheap to buy, Disadvantages: none
if you want to treat your kitten, then why not try whiskaskitten complete, with chciken, turkey and mini nuggets with milk.
My kitten is 7 months old now and loves these treats. As soon as he hears me shake the box, he starts meowing for them.
These treats are biscuits. They are small in size, so they are easy to eat and digest too.
The biscuits provide nutrients for your kittens. The outside is crunchy and the inside is soft filled with milk. They are rich in calcium, which is good for there teeth and bones. There are plenty of vitamins and minerals in the biscuits too. The biscuits have 4% chicken and 4% turkey in them, which isn't a lot of each but my kitten definitely loves these treats.
Whiskaskitten complete is for kittens aged 1-12 months. The box tells you how much to feed your kitten. Here is what it says ...
