Advantages Reliable and well trained staff
Disadvantages mail order services only give limited information
I have just read some of the remarks made about the above company and as a employee of the company I feel it is only right to be able to speak up for them. I feel people forget that the product they have actually ordered was not processed at reality but we have been requested to deliver these goods under the terms the mail order company has given us. We have limited access to the customer details but try to provide our customers with the best service we can. Unlike the courier services that charge alot more to deliver we are not a set timed delivery service and therefore cannot give exact times or days unless the mail order service requests us to deliver on a specified date. Overall I feel people these days are too easy to think the worst of companies without actually finding out the facts.

I'm calling a spade a spade here because this is the most unhelpful consumer opinion I've ever read in ciao.co.uk given my limited access to the university internet account. Anyway, your opinion stated that we do not understand how your unreliable and highly inefficient system works. Now, if you could give us A DETAILED DESCRIPTION of how your company operates then maybe I would be more sympathetic to your plight. i.e. reality group does not know how to use the GPRS technology to their advantage, lack of proper equipment, etc. You said these individuals does not consider facts. How can that be when you don't give them SPECIFIC FACTS that will help them understand the difficulty of being a White arrow employee. Anyway, I must admit I did have a run-in with white arrow myself that's because I don't get why it takes them ages to deliver things and they seem to have answers for everything whilst the other more courier services simply provide better service. Now, if you can rewrite your opinion citing better facts and explaining the particular points on why such incidents often occur with the white arrow service. I would gladly rerate this one. i agree with the employee the cust service at white arrow is good customer service its when the cust doesnt hear what they want to hear and they get all irate with the advisors the advisors can only give the infomation that they have. every business has people like your selves complaining about them if the cust doesnt get the cust will complain, unfortunatly this is the world we live in
